Full Details-Placing A Special Order


    1. SPAM WARNING-READ CAREFULLY: Our YesCredit.Club URL extension causes some Internet service providers to route our emails to SPAM. Always check your email SPAM folder if not receiving regular communications from us concerning your order or service requests. Need help? Call 1-877-973.1222 Option 1 then 2.
    2. APPLY NOW - Get preapproved spending limit before requesting a quote.
    3. Shop your favorite major appliance store, make your selections, keep the product SKU and/or page links for your request for quote aware our minimum order requirement is $300.
    4. YesStore.Club charges a 12.5% product processing fee for our fulfillment and customer service associated with your order.  
    5. Send us your special-order request by clicking the quote order form link below, fill out the form and send. Our special-order team will respond asap with an all-inclusive price quote via email. If the quote is acceptable, you will click on links containing your special-order products to view, add-to-cart and checkout. Immediately, you will receive your detailed order confirmation/invoice via email. You will need the total amount of your order confirmation/invoice to apply for credit. The credit application link will be embedded in the order confirmation/invoice.
    6. Upon approval, we will release your order for shipment or store pick-up, sometimes same day.
    7. Fast delivery!  Certain large items require white glove (special delivery). Affected quotes will include special delivery charges.  Tracking is automatically emailed to you as soon as shipping company info becomes available.
    8. Customers are responsible for price increases after quote and before orders are placed.
    9. FULFILLMENT - Generally UPS, FedEx and USPS shipments are 2-5 business days. Certain major appliances may take a little longer due to special delivery. Delivery tracking updates are sent to customers automatically by email or text. Customer application information must include a valid personal email address and phone number. Oversize or heavy weight purchases may be shipped front porch, curbside or just inside customer's door depending on products ordered. Customers should be sure to read ALL shipping information for each specific product. Appliances weighing 60 lbs. or more enjoy white-glove delivery included in our price. "White Glove Service" is available and recommended but not free. Customers must ask for "white glove delivery service" when requesting their quotes or placing orders.
    10. HOW SCHEDULED WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE WORKS Customers must confirm in advance an adult, age 18+ (19 or over in AL or NE, 21 in Puerto Rico) with valid government issued photo ID will be available during the duration of the appointment.
    11. DELIVERY DETAILS - You will be provided an appointment window during which your delivery will arrive on the scheduled date. If the appointment window provided is 6 hours or more, we’ll contact you the day before delivery to narrow your window down to 2–3 hours.  White glove service includes delivering your product to the room of your choice. A call scheduling a 4-hour window for delivery and includes unboxing and disposal of the box if the client requests. This is the service provided in any delivery range which is within 40 miles of the supplier. Hookup kits and hookup services are an extra charge and customers should consider adding any extras when placing their order. Removal of old appliances is an extra charge and must be arranged in advance by our team.
    12. RETURN POLICY - Product Returns or exchanges must be arranged by contacting service@yesstore.club or calling 877.973.1222 within 14 days of purchase. 
    13. DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT GOODS - If products are damaged in shipping and there is a cost increase after the date of the original order shipment and shipment of the replacement, it will be the customer's decision whether to pay/finance the price increase, shop for another item or cancel all together.
